To start off, you should know that even inexperienced people can practice wakeboarding or water skiing at wakepark TTom. With us, you can learn wakeboarding at a faster pace than you would do in the river/sea while also having a safer experience.
We will make sure to give you a great introduction before you even get in the water, and teach you everything step by step so that it’s easier for you to learn.
Only one person can stay inside the water while practicing wakeboarding, this allows you to receive personalized attention in order to learn quickly.
A wakeboard (with the appropriate dimensions taking into account the weight and height of the person who will do the activity), boots, life vest, helmet, comfortable clothes and gloves (if you prefer them) are all the things you need in order to practice wakeboarding with us

IMPORTANT
You must be at the Wakepark 15 minutes before your booked timeslot to check-in and provide proof of payment. Clients will also make use of that time to put on the necessary equipment such as wakeboard, helmet, lifevest and wetsuit (if needed). It will not be possible to change the time of the booking if we aren’t noticed at least 48 hours in advance.
Bookings
EARLY BOOKING
You can arrange bookings at the Wakepark’s reception, by phone, or through text messages on WhatsApp. It is better to book a timeslot before coming without notice (We can also arrange bookings outside of our usual schedule. Ask for further information if interested).

For the reservation to be valid, you will have to make the payment through a payment link and send the proof of payment via WhatsApp to the Wakepark.
IMPORTANT
You must be at the Wakepark 15 minutes before your booked timeslot to check in and provide proof of payment. Clients will also make use of that time to put on the necessary equipment such as wakeboard, helmet, lifevest and wetsuit (if needed). The aforementioned procedure will help clients to begin the activity at the booked time.
The booked timeslot cannot be changed unless we are noticed in advance. Particularly during summer months, which is when there are more clients. We try to respect the initial schedule to avoid inconvenience to other customers who would be affected by such changes.
Please note that the equipment rental is per time/hours and not per number of people or bookings. Wakepark Ttom is not responsible for the way in which clients make use of their booked timeslot.
When booking for groups of people, the total time of the booking is recognized as a single timeslot. We are not responsible for the time you may waste when swapping from one person to another, and the entirety of the booked timeslot will be charged regardless.

- The right of admission is reserved.

Any person accessing the facilities of the Wakepark TTom, is obliged to comply with the rules of wakepark, as well as any other rule or law in force that must be complied with.

- It is forbidden to bring in food and drinks from outside except for babies or people who need it exclusively for health-related reasons.
- No drinks or snacks will be served in the Rider’s area, customers will have to collect them upon payment at the bar.
- After sitting at an assigned spot, we request you to not use or put clothes/objects on different tables other than the one you have been assigned to. Bar customers, or people who pass by to have a look, may not use the chairs, tables, etc. in the Rider’s area.

Children will be supervised by parents or the responsible person accompanying them while inside the wakepark.
- It is not allowed to wash footwear nor throwing anything else like trash, cigarettes, chewing gum, etc... in the water or on the ground.
- It is forbidden to circulate within the facilities of the wakepark by bicycle, motorcycle, electric scooter, or any other type of vehicle
- Customers who have a Rider’s voucher can only share it with their partner or with their kids
- It’s obligatory to know how to swim if you want to practice wakeboarding in our facilities. It is mandatory to wear a life jacket, helmet and to comply with every other safety recommendation that is indicated by the instructors. It is advisable to enter the water with comfortable and appropriate clothing (T-shirt, shorts) to practice wakeboarding or that at least, does not hinder its practice in any way.
- We do not advise getting into water while wearing jewelry or any other items including medical prostheses. The wakepark TTom is not responsible for any of your belongings that may get lost in the water. We will not stop the cable to look for them once the time of your booking is over. It is for forbidden to stay inside the water to look for them while the cable is still running for other customers.
- Children can start wakeboarding at an early age. The age number depends on every single child and their parents should be the ones to decide whether the kids are ready or not. They are the ones who know the aptitudes and abilities of their children. At the beginning, it is advisable for parents to keep an eye on their children but to refrain from giving them any instructions on how to practice wakeboarding.
- The wakepark is not responsible for the rider's ability to progress
- At the time of the booking and at the beginning of the activity, the rider's level will be discussed in order to avoid later accidents. Depending on the level of each rider, instructions will be given and the ramps/obstacles that can be accessed will be specified
- Beginners who do not understand Spanish nor Catalan, won’t be able to practice wakeboarding if there is no employee who can assist them in their language unless they have a family member who can translate the instructions for them
- In order to maintain a strict schedule without any delays on the bookings time during the peak of summer season, clients must be at the wakepark at least 15 minutes before the booked time. This is a measure to ensure that they will have time to prepare themselves and be ready at the starting point by the time of their booking. Regardless of a client not being ready at that time or not taking advantage of their booked timeslot in its entirety, they must pay and will not be refunded any fraction of the booking
- Clients who have a Rider’s voucher and do not show up at the appointed time without prior notice, will have their booked timeslot written off from the voucher as if they had been there anyways
- Groups of clients should be managed for the entirety of the booking in a way so that when one person comes out of the water, someone else is ready to go in. It is not the responsibility of the cable controller to manage everyone's time, although we will try to help you with this. The total amount of the booking’s price will be paid in one single payment.
- You need to make the appropriate payment right after arranging a booking or else it will not be validated. A booking can only be canceled, with the right to a refund, if such thing is done with two days’ notice. You will have the right to change the booking date in case of a system malfunction, electric storm, or any other fair reason.
